Summary:
Boutique financial services firm is looking to bring on an experienced, licensed Financial Consultant to lead a small team of Registered Reps and drive revenue generation from an existing client base.

Responsibilities:
Lead initiation/development of product and project strategies to meet client needs and achieve business unit goals
Develop new clients from internal lead generation
Conduct product/market/business planning and development activities
Plan department strategy and implementation
Evaluate competitive position of division products and services
Manage department staff

Experience:
5+ years experience in financial services sales
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced degree and/or professional designations (CFP) preferred
Series 7 and 63 strongly preferred
Verifiable track record of sales success
