Responsibilities:
Develop/maintain a multi-tier training curriculum consisting of beginner/intermediate/advanced levels of training focused on applications such as Microsoft Excel/Access/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook
Provide training to associates within a small classroom environment or on a one on one basis
Provide support to users via phone/email/in person
Interpret/analyze/troubleshoot/resolve technical application problems
Provide prompt responses to users for problem resolution
Plan/implement computer training projects/migrations/upgrades/implementation of new technologies
Maintain awareness of trends within the IT industry

Requirements:
Microsoft Certification -- required
2+ Years Microsoft application training experience
BA in Computer Science/Information Technology/related discipline
Previous experience building a successful training program; assessing aptitude/creating a multi-tier training curriculum/developing training materials/conducting training classes through final aptitude assessment
Previously composed training materials such as syllabus/training manuals/practice work-books/exercises
Expert in Microsoft Excel/Access/Word
Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Power Point/Outlook
