Summary/Responsibilities:
Registered Investment Advisor seeks a Marketing Manager to take a key leadership role that will directly oversee marketing/client service teams and drive decision-making for marketing plans/initiatives to create corporate identity/branding and products targeted at investors
Develop major communications pieces (print and web-based marketing materials)
Supervise/oversee work of freelance designers/copy writers
Oversee the firm’s web presence
Coordinate media relations/executive communications/internal and external communications
Incorporate fund analytics into marketing materials/market intelligence for Sales Team
Oversee Request for Proposal (RFP) process (oversight of content/timing/prioritization)
Work closely with Compliance team to ensure all information meets guidelines
Ensure client expectations are met (budget/quality/turnaround time)
Partner with internal departments to develop/implement policies and procedures for serving clients
Coordinate client communications/maintain client database
Responsible for annual Client Conferences (securing site location/budget/handouts/slide presentations)

Requirements:
Degree in Marketing and/or Finance required
Strong understanding of investment business/products/services required
Prior Mutual Fund industry experience required
Prior experience marketing to registered representatives required
Excellent interpersonal/communication/time management/leadership/decision-making/detail-orientation/organizational skills
Series 6 & 63 Licenses preferred
